Serration marks are provided on request
on side of the washer as shown in fig. By means of a
unique and exclusive technology Shakti Springs Inc. has just
placed in the market its latest release about fixation elements:
Special Fixation Finishing Lock Washer.This innovative washer type
allows not only the fixation of the bolt by means of a spring effect,
but also the surface milling enables a perfect locking of the bolt,
avoiding it to unfasten easily.

| Spring washers
are made as per specification where the inner dia is as per bolt pin.
So at the time of threading washers are inserted after which threading
section of bolt does not allow the spring washer to come out of the
bolt. |

Material usage
|
|
Usually material used
for spring washers is made from suitable steel in accordance to
IS4072:1975 other than spring steel, We also offer other material
like EN-19 (alloy Steel) Stainless Steel - 304, 310,316 quality,
phosphorous bronze.

Finish
|
|
Spring lock washers are usually supplied
in natural black finish unless otherwise specified. At the request
of customer we can offer:
a) Phosphate coated
b) Zinc plating
c) Zinc & yellow dichromatic
d) Electro-Galvanised
